Our 2nd annual Trunk-or-Treat event is happening on Saturday, October 29th from 6pm-9pm in the parking lot of our soccer fields.

We need your help to ensure that this will be another successful event.  We would like to know if your team will be participating in Trunk-or-Treat.

What is Trunk or Treat?

Trunk-or-Treat is a Halloween event where kids go from car trunk to car trunk to play games and get candy. Trunks of cars are decorated in Halloween themes and provide candy. Trunk-or-Treat is a safe alternative to trick-or-treating.  The kids love the event, getting dressed up, getting candy (of course), and seeing all the decorated trunks. This event is solely for children and families of Region 1031.

What does each team provide?

Participate teams will need one car/trunk to use. You will need to come up with a theme for your trunk and decorate it. You will also need to provide candy/treats for the kids. You should plan to have enough candy for 200 children. Typically you would have parents on your team either each donate 2-3 bags of candy (depending on the size of your team) and also a small monetary donation to cover the costs of the decorations for the trunk OR donate money and someone on your team purchases all the candy and decorations. Additionally, one-two adults are needed to volunteer to decorate the trunk and hand out the goodies from your trunk.

How do I participate?

Sign up your team at HALLOWEEN TRUNK OR TREAT TEAM RSVP FORM. Each team is assigned a parking space to setup their car to decorate.

RSVP by 5pm on Tuesday, October 18th
