1All parents MUST come to one of these in-person registration days at Kenneth Hahn to submit their player application and volunteer application forms.

 

How do I register?

Note: EVERY parent is expected to complete a volunteer application form. Choose at least two (2) volunteer positions.

Returning players (players who played in Fall 2011 in Region 1031).

 

Early Bird Registration (November 5 – November 30).

During the last three weeks of the regular season, we are conducting an early bird registration at the field on Saturdays Nov 5, Nov 12 and Nov 19, 2011.

 

Players pre-printed registration forms will be available at the registration table. Stop by the registration table, sign your 2012 registration form and make the early bird payment ($75). That’s it!

Regular registration (online or in-person)

  • Online

    • Renew your registration online at www.eayso.org. If you previously registered your child online, do the following:

    • Login at www.eayso.org

    • After login, select “Application for Returning player”

    • Update your information as needed

    • Select the online payment option to pay. You will receive an email once your credit is successfully charged. This is your receipt. Print this email.

    • Complete a volunteer application.

      • At the main screen,

        • Select “Apply as a continuing adult volunteer” if you are a returning volunteer

        • Select “Apply as a new adult volunteer”

    • Come to one of our in-person registration dates at Kenneth Hahn (see schedule below). We will have your pre-printed registration forms (for returning players and returning volunteers). First time volunteers, print two copies of your volunteer application form. Bring your receipt.


  • In-Person Registration


    Come to one of our in-person registration dates at Kenneth Hahn (see schedule below). We will have your pre-printed registration form. Sign your 2012 registration form and make the payment.


New players (first time or did not play in Fall 2011)



Complete your registration application online at www.eayso.org (see instructions below)


Bring the following to one of our In-Person registration day at Kenneth Hahn.
•  (2) signed copies of your volunteer application form.
•  (2) signed copies of your player application form
•  Copy of payment receipt if registration if paid online.
•  Birth certificate, passport, medical card or other legal document with player age.


1. Go to www.eayso.org to fill out the application form.
(a) If you are a new parent to our region, select “My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer”
(b) If you are a returning player but did not complete your application online last year (i.e. you filled out a paper application at the field), select “My child has played in AYSO but we never used eAYSO”

New Players: In the “Choose a region” screen, select the first option, “I want my child(ren) to play in region” Enter 1031 then click on Next

Important, make sure you have selected Region 1031 (South Los Angeles). Our zipcode is 90056

2. Fill out the player form.
3. At the Online Payment screen, click on the check box next to your child’s name to pay. Click on “Payment Options” to enter your credit card details. Click “Next”, then click “Submit” at the next screen to authorize payment.
4. After payment you will receive an email confirmation once your credit card is successfully charged. This is your receipt. Print it.
5. After making your online payment, return to the home page. Select “Apply as a new adult volunteer” or “Apply as a continuing adult volunteer” to complete a new or to renew your volunteer application.

6. Select “Print Player forms”. Print and sign two copies each of your player application and volunteer form
7. Bring the following documents to registration

   •  Two (2) signed player application forms,
   •  Two (2) volunteer forms
   •  Birth certificate, passport or medical insurance form for proof of age
   •  Printed copy of receipt

Both Player application and Volunteer application forms are required to complete the registration process.
