Refund Request Policy

If you register your child to play soccer and then decide for any reason that the player will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible. Note that your team coach cannot issue you a refund. This form is the only method to request a refund.

Refunds will be issued according to the following policy:
Beginning in 2017, part of the registration fees is non-refundable. If you register and later decide to drop, there is a $17.5 non-refundable fee.
  • All refund requests must be submitted using this Refund Request Form.
  • Refund Requests:
    • Refund - Before First Practice
      • Full registration fee, less non-recoverable national player fee. ($17.50)
    • Refund - After First Practice
      • 50% of registration fees.
    • No refund after Opening Day

Please allow two weeks for processing. If payment was made via credit card, refund will be issued back to the same card.
