Registration for the Fall 2007 Season is here!

(Between Slauson and Stocker on Fairfax, behind Home Depot)

Fee:  Early Registration  $45 on April 21 only
Regular Registration $55 after.
Check, Money Order or Debit/Credit Card only (No Cash)

Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate or proof of age to register.

Print out 3 copies of the online form and bring them to registration.

We need volunteers for coaches, referees, team parents and other league activities.
The kids can't play without the help of parents.

For Coaches

Class is required for all region coaches. Provides certification to AYSO U12 level, valid nationwide. Bring athletic shoes/cleats and athletic wear Lunch will be provided.

Note: The Safe Haven course is required for all coaches (8a-10a)

Kids Zone Parent Pledge -- In an effort to set the tone for the 2006 season, we will distribute "Kids Zone Parent Pledges" to each parent at registration. A Kids Zone Parent Pledge must be initialed and signed by a parent or guardian for each registered player.
