PLAYERS ELIGIBILITY 

ALL-STAR PLAYER ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

1. The player has participated in 75% of his or her team’s regular season games  for which the player was rostered.

2. The player will commit that if selected to play on the All-Star team, the Region 1031 All-Star team will have priority over any other sport activity. Further, the player commits to participate in all All-Star team games (practice, scrimmages and All-Star tournament games). 

3. The player is not registered in other soccer or sports program overlapping with practice and games 

4. The player participated in less than 50% of the team scheduled practice

5. The player has not received at least two red card in the season

6. The player does not meet other conditions not listed here that may be assessed by the division commissioner or the board during the selection process.

COACH ELIGIBILITY 

ALL-STAR COACH ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

1. Coaching certification: Have the minimum coaching certification required for the age division you're applying for 

2. Volunteer requirements: Be registered as a volunteer and complete any required volunteer hours 

3. Certifications: Have Safe-Haven, Concussion Awareness Training, and SafeSport certifications 

4. AYSO experience: Have experience as a coach or assistant coach in AYSO or club

5. AYSO philosophy: Demonstrate adherence to the AYSO philosophy 

6. Region commitment: Show commitment to the region's program and activities

7.  Be available for all-star tryouts and meetings

8. Not affiliated with a Club team as a coach or scout

9. Has not quit coaching a team in the past

10. Players have not quit your team - This will be examined in a case by case situation
