Refund Request Policy

If you register your child to play soccer and then decide for any reason that the player will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible. Note that your team coach cannot issue you a refund. This form is the only method to request a refund.

Refunds will be issued according to the following policy:

Part of the registration fees is non-refundable. If you register and later decide to drop, there is a $25 non-refundable fee.

• • All refund requests must be submitted using this Refund Request Form.

    • Refund - Before First Practice

Full registration fee, less non-recoverable national player fee. ($25)

• • • Refund - After First Practice

50% of registration fees.

• • No refund after the second week of the season

  • Please allow two weeks for processing. If payment was made via credit card, refund will be issued back to the same card.
